Product: HP ProDesk 400 G1 Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
hi, so i have a hp prodesk 400 g1 mt pc with core i5-4590 processor. my pc sometimes boots up normally but whenever i restart it from windows it goes to a black screen and the keyboard also doesn't turn on but the mouse light is on. then i have to manually shut it down by pressing the power button and then again to turn it on. when i try to do some heavy tasks like gaming it also after some time goes to the black screen as well. i reinstalled windows, checked the gpu(same problem without the gpu), changed the psu.. all of it did not work.
