Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1815no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i start up a game or a bench program the computer blacksreens, you can hear the sound but thats it , you have to restart it in order to make it work again.  what is the problem ?
