HI Team,

This is manohar,

I am using HP 280 G3 MT Model with Serial Number: INA917R2KQ Desktop System.my PC was randomly freezes or hanging a lot of time. i reinstall the OS with Win-10(64 bit). again the system was hanging.

Whenever I've run into this random system hanging issue, it has always been a failing drive -- which is entirely hardware.

 

So reinstalling Windows would do nothing at all to fix this.

 

What I would suggest is downloading and installing the MiniTool Partition Wizard free edition application because it provides the option to do filesystem checks on your drive -- and repair them it it can.
