Completly new OMEN 45l after only 4 weeks of use does not start up. Fans and RGB is on (fans run on max speed) the omen logo is on (only white). No screen pops up ( only black screen/ like there is no connection) tried multiple screens. When the PC is and does nothing it can not be truned off with the power button, you have to pull the plug.

Is there anything else I could try? It can not be for real that a VERY expensive system is this poor of quality and breaks down after not even an month of use? The exact model is GT22-1011NG with an RTX 4090 and R9-7950X3D.

If you have important data on the disk you may ask the service center to return the original drive. Sometimes you immediately get a replacement system with a new drive.

Now lets share my horrible experience with HP. It took a lot of time and tries until I finally got someone from Support one the Phone, but the solution was to send the device to the repair Shop. So I got a box sent to me where I have to put the PC in. First problem was the box was delivered to the wrong address, but luckily I found it in front of my neighbours house. Then I realized I have to send it to Hungary. I live in Germany. After two weeks I got it back. Apparently the CPU got exchanged. But there are the next problems. In the box was one fan dustcover on the bottom and I have no clue if it is part of my PC or not. Could not find where it goes. And on top of my PC where the "cryochamber" is, I am pretty sure there was a filter which is now missing. And of course all my data was lost. Now to the biggest problem........ After two weeks again it does not start up. I have exactly the same problem again....... Money and time wasted.
