Product: HP Z2 G8 Tower Workstation Desktop PC (287S5AV)

PC fans keep spinning after shutdown / reboot so the pc will just get stuck there until you either pull the power cord or hold the power button down to kill the fan and can then turn it back on 

 

No way to contact support anymore except to sit on the phone which we don't all have time to do ( who made that stupid decision !!!!???)
