Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-1000i (6V9R9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
yesterday my pc crashed randomly in the middle of a game. I then turned it off via the power button. After turning it on again, the boot only gets to the point where the HP logo is displayed with “preparing automatic repair” below it.
The circle does not move and my keyboard turns off (it has a startup animation with rgb lights, which suddenly stops and is turned off). I also tried charging my phone via the front usb ports which also did not work.
Every help tutorial either involves getting into windows or at least the bios, which I cannot do.
Thank you for helping!
