Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC still under warranty until November. Have power at power adapter (LED above plug in port is lit), but pressing start button does nothing. Multimeter shows 19VDC at cord.  Internal circuit board at on/off button shows white LED lit up, flashes 7 times then pauses, then 7 more flashes etc. Pressing power button does nothing -  LED keeps blinking.

Have done the hard reset procedure but still acts the same.

 

Suggestions welcomed.

Hello
Difficult to say because we have several different documents, it is not easy to link a document with a precise model.
But it returns that it is a possible problem at the level of the motherboard!
The pc being guaranteed, it is necessary to contact the after sales service, the best thing to do !!

Got the name & address from support "find a local repair agent" 

uBreakiFix & I told them it was under warranty & they acknowledged it would be no cost.
