I finished installing Window 11 and wish to go BIOS setting with Shift key + Restarting, then the PC never come back on but only black screen with power LED light on.
It won't POST at all, I can't even see HP logo nor anything appear bit fan asks spinning.
Also re-sit every component, clean motherboard,... Put everything back in still no luck.

Hi @mkhmer,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP All-In-One 27 is experiencing a serious issue if it's not posting after trying to enter the BIOS. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.
Perform a Power Reset:
- Turn off the computer and unplug it from the power source.
- Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors.
- Plug the computer back into the power source and try to turn it on again.
Check RAM and Storage Connections:
- Open the computer case and ensure that the RAM modules are securely seated in their slots.
- Check all storage device connections (HDD, SSD) to make sure they are properly connected.
- If you have multiple RAM sticks, try booting with one stick at a time to see if one of them is faulty.
Clear the CMOS:
- Locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard and remove it.
- Wait for about 5-10 minutes and then reinsert the CMOS battery.
- This will reset the BIOS settings to their default values.
Disconnect All Peripherals:
- Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, printers, external hard drives, etc.) and try to boot the computer with only the essential components (keyboard, mouse, monitor).
Check for Beep Codes:
- If your computer has an internal speaker or is connected to external speakers, listen for any beep codes when you try to power it on. These codes can provide clues about what is wrong with the hardware.
Test with an External Monitor:
- Connect your computer to an external monitor to see if the issue is with the built-in display.
Replace the Power Supply:
- If possible, try using a different power supply to see if the current one is faulty.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
