Not sure how to describe

Nothing posts or anything, i called where I bought it and got told to remove all cabels and compleatly drain of power, and then turn on again. And that worked, once. And then no more. After that my return-time was over, as I got it right before christmas, and now I'm stuck with a non-working decently expensive computer. Can anyone please help?

Did you find a fix? I have an HP desktop computer that boots to a black screen, I'm going to try to use the CMOS jumper to reset the motherboard and hopefully that works. I'm thinking if you can figure this out for your PC, this might help you out.

For some reason the link to the video of the problem I posted was removed.

Here it is:

So it's a laptop? Well, since it's a laptop I'm not sure how to help you. In my past experiences with laptops, I was able to remove the CMOS battery and reset it that way when I forgot CMOS password. Have you tried that? That's the only solution I can think of it is indeed a laptop. Have you tried posting in Reddit or BleepingComputer?
