PC wont boot up, cut out after 20 seconds of HP logo screeen

Example: HP 110 Desktop PC series
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HP logo screen stays for about 20 seconds then shuts down. This has just happened after a windows update. 

Thanks in advance for any help. I have tried BIOS recovery but still the same problem
