Pavilion 23-p039 All-in-one wont boot up - no power

Pavilion 23-p039 All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

My Pavilion 23-p039 All-in-one is three years old and suddenly stopped working.   It wont boot up -  no lights - no power - no fan - no nothing.   Power Cord and electric socket are fine.  Any suggestions?   I waited online for 2 hours for tech support - finally had to hang up.
