Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to start up my DT, all that happens is the white light next to the power button flashes, 7 consecutive short flashes then a pause.  please help

I see that the white light next to the power button flashes on your HP Pavilion All-In-One - 24-R029.
