Product: Pavilion p6277c-b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This pc died.  It won't boot.  It was originally Windows 7 and was upgraded to Windows 10 via the Microsoft auto-upgrade.  Are there any downloads, processes, to salvage this machine with a new hard=drive, or even try to repiar the old hdd with a different pc using an external hdd docling bay?

Is this your PC (Link)? I can't locate a HP product using p6277c-b.

 

This product is over eight years old. Do you see or hear anything (HDD activity, fans running, or DVD drive whirring up) when you depress the power switch? Any LED activity up front, on the motherboard (MB), or the PSU located at the rear of the chassis. Have you replaced the MB CR2032 battery?

 

Anything could have failed such as:

 

The PSU,

The motherboard,

RAM,

A component short,
