Pavillion All-in-one won't turn on

Pavilion All-in-one

My computer recently, abruptly shut down while I was completing basic tasks - excel file open and on the internet. This happened yesterday morning and now over 24 hours later I can't get it to start or get any signs of power to it. I have tried some troubleshooting seen in previous posts but have had no luck. What can I do to restore power?
