Product: HP Pavilion HPE h8-1210t CTO Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It stops at the blue splash screen. Pressing ESC brings up the boot menu but no other buttons work from there. Cannot access the BIOs menu. Therefore it won't boot from a USB. I have disconnected both hard drives and get the exact same issue so it isn't them. It is out of support from HP. I tried removing the reinstalling the memory cards, same thing, If i restart without memory cards, I get the normal beeping.
