hi,

My pc (Windows 10 I believe) turns up but it only gives me a blue screen with 2 options: "problems resolutions" or "turn off the pc".

If I choose the first one, I can either "reset the system", "run pc check up", "backup file"

(If not exactly correct words I apologize, I am translating from Italian)

Or go in advance settings.

Now, I have completed a backup, but that's the only thing that works. Pc check up leads to nothing.

I even tried to reset the system (I guess it would be factory reset) but it does not work! It starts and then it gets to the point when it tells me the pc will restart several times for the second phase, but really just restarts and brings me back to the first screen with 2 options only.

In advanced settings the options are useless too, I guess the only good one would be accessing the cmd screen (again not tech savvy, I hope it's clear what I mean) but there is nothing I can do there. I only tried to run the CHKDSK C: /F/R/X because this is what I found on Google, but no result either.

Help?

I'd be happy to factory reset the pc if this is the only option available. Please tell me how to fix this.
