My offspring touched The keyboard for a while and now The computer says I have typed The wrong pin code too many times. I have to write A1B2C3 and then I’m able to type in my password, but it just keeps saying that this option is deactivated because of too many failed attempts or repeated turnoffs. It says I must keep The unit on for two hours and try again, but this doesn’t work. Any chance someone knows what to do?
