One of the possible reasons why an issue occurs is may be caused by some files or components that are broken or missing in the system. To isolate your concern, we'd like to know the following information:
- Were there any changes that happened prior to the issue?
- Have you installed the latest update on your computer?
To check for the latest update, go to Windows Update by clicking Start > Settings > Update & security and click Check for updates. It will scan and install all the latest updates available for your device.
