Product: Hp all in one desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can plug it up in the back the little white power light comes on I have no power light at the power button and no power to the screen. Happened yesterday I plugged my iPhone to the usb port and got on iTunes the computer crashes. Power cord is good I tried the hold down power button for 10 sec without the power cord plugged in still no power. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • What happens when you start the computer is it blank screen? 
  • Are you able boot to the computer into windows login screen?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • Please, shut down the computer using the power button (pressed and hold for a few seconds until PC powers off)
  • Power the computer back on.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
