Hp Envy x360 convertible model 15-ds1003ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Booted up my laptop for the first time in about 2 months, was prompted to a start up password and I have no idea what it is and if I even set one up when I purchased the laptop. I’ve searched on this forum and other online sources, said to generate one by using a third party app but the code I get when I enter the password wrong three times starts with an ‘A’ and not an ‘I’

also read that you can disconnect the bios battery but opened the lap top up and saw that this one doesn’t have one.
