I need to solve "Press the ESC key for startup menu". Please help me. Thanks.

That is typically a hard (difficult task) for some.  The best way to do that is this way.

Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows.  Then pick the needed F key to access other functions.
