ProDesk 400 Mini G4 unresponsive

We have purchased 10 ProDesk 400 Mini G4's to add to our network of 250 mainly HP machines. Our network policy is set to lock-out the user and turn off the screen (but NOT sleep) after 10 minutes of inactivity. 4 of these G4 machines go unresponsive after the screen turns off (light stays on but screen does not come back on with mouse/keyboard movement) and will not come back online without a hard reset. The other 6 machines are working fine as are all our other HP desktops.


We have tried updating the BIOS/Firmware to the latest vesion (2.09) and updated all drivers to the latest available from HP yet are still experiencing the issue.


Has any one else seen this with this model? or can offer any help?
