Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)

6 days ago, I purchased an HP laptop from  Amazon

 As the first step, I examined the warranty. I discovered the warranty had been initiated three months ago. The product was used by someone. I objected to them extending the warranty.

I dont want to use an opened laptop, I want to replace it and HP is not providing DOA letter that Amazon needs to replace the product.

I bought the laptop on 5th September, team provided no solutions. 

 

It is difficult. I thought was Hp is best in class. 

 

Seriously, I can share everything about the case who was taking care of it.
