I'm trying to configure the RAID configuration on a Vantec UGT-ST644R PCIe RAID controller.  This requires pressing CTRL-M at bootup when prompted, however, the HP ENVY Phoenix Desktop - 860-160se CTO I have never shows the Marvell BIOS prompt that is expected.  Instead, it goes right into Windows.  The only reason I am trying to do this is that the built-in RAID menu on the Pegatron board never shows even when the BIOS is set to RAID.  This system is also painfully slow at bootup - even with "Fast Boot" it takes a solid 90 seconds to show anything on the screen.  HP hasn't updated the BIOS since 2016.
