Hi, I have an OMEN 30L GT13-1174 (RYZEN 5 5600G W/ NVIDIA RTX 3060 16 GB 3200MHZ). I tried running my RAM in slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3 for slightly better RAM performance, but my PC simply wouldn't post in that config. I tried just one stick at a time in each slot and the PC would only boot in slots 1 and 3. Is there any reason as to why this would be? Everywhere I look online says you should run slots 2 and 4 if you only have two sticks for best performance, as they are the slots closest to the CPU. When I originally received the PC a couple/few years ago, they were in slots 1 and 2, I believe (ew single channel).
