Me too I keep getting same message.. I've tried going thru all the steps that HP tech support gave me on there website and its still doing the same thing

Thanks I reseated the memory modules and it solved the problem.

Open the case so you can see the mother board. Depending on th model of your desktop you see probably 2 or 4 memory modules plugged into the motherboard. There are little white clips at each end of each board. Just press down on the clips for the most accessible board. Remove each memory module using the same method. Remember the order of the memory modules and replace them into the same slot they came out of.
You can also clean the gold contacts on the memory modules by lightly rubbing them with an eraser.
Replace the modules into their original slots. Make sure the modules are properly seated. When they are seated the clips at the end of the memory slurs will be snug up against the slot guides.

Your computer's disk-drive has failed.

It must be replaced.

Then, you must reinstall Microsoft Windows.

Do you have the hardware & software skills to do the above?

If not, take the computer to a qualified technician.
