The message is "disk drive has failed".

If you have the hardware skills, you can remove that disk-drive from your computer, purchase a replacement, and connect it.

If you have the software skills, you can then reinstall Microsoft Windows onto this new "empty" disk-drive.

 

These are daunting tasks for a "novice" to attempt.

It would be best to take your computer to a computer-store, for a technician to do the work.
