Replaced hard drive Barracuda 7200.12 ST3750528AS had noise can not see in the monitor anything

Model HP desktop p6267c Product # NY591AA#ABA

My computer hard drive Barracuda 7200.12 ST3750528AS made noise and broke so I replaced to new one but nothing shows up on my monitor.   

Any suggestions to handle this issue?

There is no more noise looks it is running fine but unless I see on the screen can not do anything.  Original purchased with Window 7.  changed into window 10

Did you properly install Windows 10 on new HDD ?

Yes I did but it was when window 10 was available but now when I changed HDD I did not do anything?
Do I have to do something so it can show into my monitor?

I have done nothing HDD is empty.

Since your machine previously ran Windows 10, you can do a clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

The tool will allow you to make a bootable installation media (USB/DVD) and you can use installation media to install.

During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.

Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page. Normally few Windows 10 updates can install nearly all drivers for you.
