HP contracts out to third parties to have motherboards made for them, so since they don't make them, they don't sell them, either.
If you use this site to get the part number of the motherboard, you might be able to find an online source that has them and will sell you one: HP PartSurfer
But -- a note of caution is inorder: ALL of these such motherboards were taken from existing machines; none of them are brand new. So, there is no guarantee that any of them will work.
