Reset bios on motherboard

HP Recommended
HP 20 all in one
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I either have a virus or something else controlling the Bios. I change it and the changes won't stay. I tried to flash it with a USB but the settings was changed . I'm trying to reset it from the motherboard

Hi,

This symptom can be caused by an old CR2032 motherboard battery.

Remove and replace the existing battery.

Regards
