To be realistic -- you probably can't. Why?
If this were Windows 10, you would have some options because not only does HP carry Win10 recovery media, they also have a tool you can use to download the files from the Internet and create your own recovery media.
But this being Windows XP, you are out of luck because no one has carried recovery media for that for a long time, and Microsoft has not carried the OS for years and years, as well.
If you entered Windows XP by mistake, then provide us the specific model number of your PC and we can see if we can find out what OS version came preloaded.
