Sometimes, that "progress report" just fails to update, like a broken speedometer in an automobile.

It does not mean that the automobile has stopped, or that Windows has crashed/frozen.

First: have patience, and see if it resumes incrementing, or, behind the scenes, reaches 100%.

Second: most computers have an LED that lights-up whenever there is disk-activity.

Some "all-in-one" computers put that LED in the back, where you don't see it, when you are viewing the screen.

Is that LED still "on", or "blinking", or is it completely "off" ?

> Product Name: Pavlovian 550

Ian Pavlov?  It must be a Soviet "knock-off" of HP Pavilion 550-a209 Desktop PC Product Specifications

:LaughingTears:

From the image on that web-page, I am guessing that the LED is visible on the front panel.
