ID error:

94GEKT-81R909-X87SLK-609903

 

does Someone tell me about  ID error above?

 

The guarantee has not exipred.

 

What can I do for?

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
