Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see that computer boots up slow after bios update, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Let's create a High Performance power plan and check.

  1. In Windows, search for and open Power Options.

  2. In the left pane, click Create a power plan.

Figure : Create a power plan option

Power options window with Create a power plan highlighted
  3. On the Create a power plan window, select a plan that has features you want to use in the power plan you are creating, enter a name for the new plan in the Plan name box, then click Next.

Figure : Creating a power plan

  4. Select the sleep and display settings you want to apply, then click Create. The new plan is displayed in the Choose or customize a power plan window.

Figure : New power plan name is displayed

New power plan name is displayed
  5. Close the Choose or customize a power plan window.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
