HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy. I had black screen, did bio update - Win B power. This seemed to of worked as was on screen, all updated. Then went to shut down 15min later. Screen froze, turned off via power button and screen is back to black all time when trying to start. Have tried Win B power again, not working. Please help.
