Screen and power button doesn't seem to be turning on

Hi. My all in one PC doesn't seem to be turning on at all. There is no indication of light of power and I've tried to do a hard reset but still nothing. I've tried disconnecting the power cord, holding the power button and then connecting it back on but there is still a black screen and no indication of a light or a dying one in a matter. I've checked the power outlet and the power outlet seems to be fine. I've removed any peripheral but still no power.

Please help as there are many important documents that I saved on the PC. I havn't been able to back it up yet and I don't want anything to be deleted.

If the PC simply will not turn on, then frankly, there is no way to access the drive to retrieve anything.  This is why you needed to do regular backups.

What CAN be done requires removing the back of the PC, removing the drive cage, removing the drive from inside that, and then connecting the drive to a working PC to do data retrieval.

Unfortunately, we don't have instructions on how to do that, so we can't tell you the steps you need to do.

The cheapest solution at this point would be to take the PC to a repair facility and pay them ONLY to remove the drive for you.

Once you have that drive, then read the information below about doing data recovery:

1) Download and install this utility on a working PC http://www.majorgeeks.com/news/story/recover_data_in_3_steps_with_minitool_power_data_recovery_free_...
2) Connect the old drive, the one with the files and folders you want to recover, to the working PC
3) Connect something to that PC to hold the recovered files
4) Run the data recovery utility to see what can be retrieved from the old drive.
