Product: HP All-in-One - 20-e010 (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on the computer I see the HP logo followed by either of the circling timer or the screen reading preparing automatic repair with the circling timer. i’ve tried two different Microsoft windows 10 repair discs to no avail, same symptoms.
