Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Laptop 14s-dq2535TU (3V7P2PA)

I got an bios update which I clicked later and then the next day the screen doesn't on and help me find the issue I contacted local store they said it's an issue with io from motherboard tell if it's true or not
