My son was playing mindcraft and the screen went black and said check HDMI. There is no HDMI connected. 6 months old. Powered off and came on black screen. 3 short beeps 4 long beeps, led light is on power button. Screen all the way black can’t access bios. Tried to remove the mouse HDMI and put in another slot, then turn on. Did not work for me.

Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
