Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b014a (Touch)

I have reopened my AllinOne Pavilion after 6 months away. It will not accept my password

 

How do I make a password reset  disc without access to the computer? Why do I need to reset anyway - I have always had this password

It appears my hard drive has somehow  become corrupted. A technician has advised I full restore the system, or get a new hard drive, or get new computer as this model willnot support Windows 11
