Since I added an HP Office Jet Pro 8025e printer the Desktop will freeze on startup in the morning after being shut down.

I've removed the printer twice now off of the computer, unplugged it and still the computer freezes on startup.  It seems I cannot turn off the computer, because I have to unplug the computer, and hope it will start up without freezing, but it always freezes and once on, the screen says that programs weren't shut down properly, but I did shut down programs before shutting off.  And then it will restart.  The printer works fine regardless of whats happening with computer.
