my Workstation, installed with 1TB NVMe Samsung 980 Pro with Asus Hyper M.2 Gen 4 Card, 356GB Ram, 24GB GPU, 36Core/72thread 2.3GHZ and Windows 10 Pro but the boot time is 1min 55sec

@BlackMountain -- disable the computer's WiFi, and disconnect any Ethernet cable. Shutdown. Restart, and measure the time that it takes to start-up when apps (Windows Update, Adobe Reader, OneDrive, iCloud, iTunes, et cetera) cannot "call home" to slow-down the start-up.
Or, when powering-on your computer, can you intervene to launch the HP Hardware Diagnostics, targeting your disk-drive(s) ?
