Smart Check: Not Installed

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When restarting the PC (Envy 23), the BIOS tells me I need to check the hard drive. However when I choose Quick Check, or Extensive Check, it tells me "Smart Check: Not Installed" and "Short DST: Not Installed"

 

If I exit the BIOS and try to proceed, it tells me after a few minutes "Boot Device not found".

 

How do I get to the BIOS settings to reset it or to change the boot order? The only options I see are Memory Test; Hard Drive Test; Language; Exit
