Spectre One 23-e010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Blank screen, no HP logo or boot options, no error codes or beeps. Power button light goes on and fan spins but makes a strange noise and turns slowly. Things I have tried:

-Replaced hard drive and memory with known working parts

-Cleaned fan, vents

-Hard reset (with all external ports disconnected)

-bios reset

-Reseated memory multiple on multiple occasions.

It has booted on a couple of occasions, randomly. Once I was even able to reinstall the operating system. The strange part is that it was running great- fast, video was flawless.

I have seen other all-in-ones present an error code when the fan isn't working but this fan is spinning. This one doesn't display an error code or anything at all. it just sounds strange, spins constantly and slowly with a blank screen. Does anyone have any insight to what this could be? Bad Motherboard? I'm wondering if a bad CPU fan could cause the computer not to boot like this. What is the part number for the cpu fan for this model?
