My laptop is not working on last 10 days in bios not showing SSD and getting over heat
I'll chat with the support team his always said do troubleshooting steps only i'll do that also but no use. Would you please send your agent to my door steps to change SSD

@14s-dy2501TU -- this is a peer-to-peer discussion board, not a direct path to HP Support.
You need to contact HP Support, to open a case (as HP calls it) against the HP Warranty, to get a service-worker to come to your location.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
