Stalled W10 boot and Samsung Syncmaster 192MP

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Having a startup/boot problem with my Syncmaster 192MP monitor/tv with a W10 32-bit computer, connected via DVI cable. I get the small "window" and a spinning circle and then the windows"song" plays, but unless I turn off and then turn on the monitor, the screen goes black and eventually goes to standby. Using driver Nvidia 21.21.13.4201. How do I resolve this issue, so I don't have to intervene during the startup? After I intervene, the W10 sign-in screen appears and operation is normal.
I tried a different monitor and there was no issue (same computer and same cable).

Hi Tizzy,

This sounds like a Samsung monitor problem if a different monitor connected to your PC works okay.

The Samsung monitor (Link) is about 15 years old.
