Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-k0220z

I am trying to set up my new Pavilion All-in-One 24-k0220z. I have the power on and both the keyboard and mouse hooked up with USBs. When I turn on the computer, all I get is a dark screen with 4 icons in the bottom right corner, but nether the keyboard nor the mouse are working, and the computer shuts off after about 25 seconds. What can I do?

@mdsmith4619 , welcome to the Community.

 

This could be caused by several things.  The first thing to try is another wall outlet.  It will eliminate an electrical input problem.  Also, it could be that one or more connectors came lose in shipping.  If this is the cause you may not want to open the case.  At this point, you should contact the seller.  If you bought it directly from the HP Store, you should contact HP Customer Support.  I don't you to spend hours attempting to solve a problem that you may or may not be able to solve.

 

What are the icons on the screen?
