Hello Can anybody help

It started with the problem that i could not start the computer, it began start up but shovs only a HP logo fore a weile then it falshes for every 8-10 sek. i can hear that the cooler changes speed when the logo flashes, I can se that the lamp for num. lock turns on and of for every Flashing sequence.

I have tried to change places for the 2  8Gb ram module and tried them  seperately.

I have tried to move HD and DVD to another connection on the motherboard.

Then i have tried to reinstall windows to fabric setting with Esc and then F11and without data

This turns OK until a reboot, then the same problem again as described above

I reviewed your post and I understand that computer is not booting to windows.

Awesome job on diagnosing the issue correctly and performing smart troubleshooting before posting your question on HP forums. Kudos to you on that score. 

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

If you continue to face the issue, I recommend you run a system test on the computer to make sure all the hardware components are working fine.
