Startup blocked

HP Pavilion 595-p0030nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer turns on intermittently, so I tried to do a hard reset, it remained accessible but I saw the screen all black and without a cursor, so I tried to access the bios via f10, but entered the bios the keyboard is on but the keys are not work.
I also tried to change the keyboard, monitor but from the same problem.
How can I solve the problem?

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link -
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
