Product: Hp pavillion 23

After the error of the sad face from the blue screen I get the following, first preparing automatic repair, then automatic repair, then repairing disk errors, then the never ending diagnosing your pc until I power off.   I have let it run for several hours with nothing but the same screen which eventually goes blank.  The keyboard is not able to make any commands such as F4 for safe mode or any other keys.   how do I get this HP Pavillion 23 all in one computer to work.  This machine was purchased in 2018.  😞
